Deer season is in full effect, and the weather has been beautiful out in the field. My hunting expeditions has been spread between the tree stand and my trail camera. Neither has seen much action, but then again, there haven't been many deer to speak of this year:
A few years ago, I broke the bank on an amazing pair of hiking boots. At the time, I felt like a chump for spending so much money on shoes. 2 years and hundreds of miles later, my boots are still in good shape and feel great. I've expanded their use into hunting and they've been perfect for the rocky, bushy terrain that I encounter out in the woods. So again, if you're experiencing any sort of knee pain, invest in a good pair of shoes; they'll pay for themselves in comfort and pain relief.
